Madeira Boal H.M. Borges Harvest 1995 has a bright amber color, with yellow-brown nuances. It reveals complex and exotic aromas that evolve by the oxidation process of maturation in wood, such as caramel and toasted almonds. Also presents some notes of tea, tobacco and dried fruit. Semi-sweet, clean, elegant, harmonious and complex.

Winemaking: Exclusively Boal grapes harvested from a hillside on the northern side of the island, in the parish São George. Ageing In oak casks of 650 litres, until bottled.
Serving Suggestions: As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Cuisine: Delicious with desserts. Can be served with fruits, especially pineapple, fruit salad, rich cakes, strong cheeses or chocolate. Also good with coffee as a digestive.
