Madeira Wine Verdelho H.M.Borges Harvest 1995
Madeira Verdelho H.M.Borges Harvest 1995 has topaz color with brilliant greenish golden hue. Reveals exotic aromas which emanate from development of the tannin while the wine is being stored in casks. The aroma is a complex mixture of notes of candied fruits type fig and dried fruits. Medium dry, very fresh and persistent with notes of spices and exotic wood.
Winemaking: Exclusively verdelho grapes are harvested in the south part of the island Câmara de Lobos. Ageing In oak casks of 650 litres, until bottled.
Serving Suggestions: As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Cuisine: An attractive wine for any occasion, especially with oysters, sushi, pâté, soups or tropical fruits.
