Red wines are produced from red grapes or "tintureiras", being obtained by fermentation or maceration process in which the wine is in contact with the pomace. Its reddish colour will be more intense the longer the period of contact of the grape juice with the "películas". The young red wines are soft and very aromatic with a delicate flavor.
