The white wine is obtained by fermenting the juice of white grapes or red grapes, not tintureiras, since the bark of the grapes do not contact with the wort; and usually without recourse to maceration. The fermentation is carried out directly on the wine, separating from the solid parts of the clusters, in a process designated as bica aberta. Of limpid and bright yellow color or a little darker, remembering a yellow straw. They are very soft and aromatic wines, where the odors of flowers and fruit predominate.
