Some port wines are selected for a longest aging /stage in wooden barrels. Being Port wines whose blend is combined from several harvest wines, this selection allows to choose; according to the organoleptic characteristics: color, aroma and flavor; desired. These Port wines denote a concentration and intensification of its initial fruit, showing great complexity. Notes of honey and spice underscored by intense aromas of dried apricots, hazelnuts and vanilla, are evident.
