

Whiskey Paddy has been produced since 1779 by the Cork Distillers Company, Paddy owes its name to a salesman in the company, Paddy Flaherty, who expanded the whiskey's reputation well beyond the Irish border. The triple distillation process of this whiskey makes it unique and particularly smooth. Only the best quality barley and the purest water from Ireland's springs are used in its manufacture. Aging for at least 5 years in oak barrels gives Paddy whiskey an incomparable final taste.
