Dark berry compote, very spicy and fruity meets orange blossom with vanilla. I associate nutmeg, cinnamon, dark chocolate, hazelnuts and a not to be despised oak behind the berry compote. Acidity and sweetness go hand in hand.
Taste: Pleasantly sparkling and both sweet and sour fruity with a lot of steam without causing an unpleasant mouthfeel. Old fruit-intensive sherry with many great woody flavors are released on the tongue: plums, water-soaked cherries, dark chocolate, roasted aromas, vanilla, old leather couch and tobacco. I even associate something like a touch of balsamic, as the mouthfeel really gets very spicy and with the sour-fruity component a dance lingers on the tongue.
