The WinerShop.com site does not automatically collect any personal information from users who are not registered, thus allowing visitors to navigate anonymously.

As a rule we do not collect sensitive data. Whenever, in compliance with legal obligation or voluntarily and at the user's initiative, sensitive data are made available, we expressly and freely consent to the processing of such information in relation to the purposes for which it was provided.
It is further informed that within the scope of the Google Signals service, Google Analytics collects data about store traffic, in addition to data collected through a standard implementation of Google Analytics, to provide additional features, such as target audiences between devices and statistics.
"When these features are enabled, Google Analytics collects and associates visit information with Google account information from logged in users who have authorized this association for ad personalization purposes. This Google information may include location, search history and end-user YouTube history and Google partner site data. These are also used to provide aggregated and anonymous statistics about your users' cross-device behaviors. RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING
The entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data is the WinerShop which provides the service to you and, in the context, decides what data is collected, the means of processing the data and for what purposes are used.
TYPE OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
In the course of its activity, WinerShop collects and processes the personal data necessary for the processing of orders and communication with Clients, processing requests for information and any complaints, statistical analysis, as well as their use for the purposes of direct marketing, treating in this scope data such as: name, addresses, country, telephone number, fiscal number, email address, date of birth and personal interests regarding alcoholic beverages.
The personal data collected are treated in a computerized way and strictly in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. They are stored in specific databases created for this purpose and guarantee their security and confidentiality according to the measures of information technology, technical and organizational data in order to protect against loss, alteration, destruction, misuse in general or that the collected data is used for another purpose other than that for which the data subject has given consent.
