In the nose we have a mix of different perceptions, with white flowers, green tea, yellow pulp and dehydrated fruits, always in a very elegant style. Deep down we find the toasted wood notes leading us to a warmer and more complex dimension. In the mouth it shows beautiful acidity and very good volume giving us again some of the aromas we had on the nose. The final is very long, leaving us a remarkable freshness!
