The 9 Moons Gin by Martin Miller is a gin of great strength, aged in barrels for 9 months in Iceland. A Solera Vat process gives excellent consistency and allows it to maintain its complex and distinctive flavor.

In the aging of spirits, the golden rule is: the longer, the better. However, we found that this gin needs, precisely, 9 months to perfect its flavor, giving it a little magic during that period when it rests on its oak bed.
