Vinification: After a short fermentation with skin contact, the brandy was added to stop fermentation and preserve the natural sweetness. Later in March, the liquid is removed and the skins pressed. In casks for 4 to 5 years resulting in a greater concentration and intensity of aromas and flavors.
Serving Suggestions: Serve between 10 and 12ºC, as an aperitif or pairing with traditional Portuguese sweets.
