Soil: Calcareous clays
Area of Vineyards: 8.5 hectares
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Syrah, Alicante-Bouchet.
Origin: Vinho Regional do Algarve
Wine Making: Careful handpicked in small boxes, vinified into stainless steel vats, fermented under temperature control of 28ºC. Aged 14 months in French oak barrels and 14 months in the bottle.
Served: 16 -18ºC
Colour: Dark cherry colour
Tasting Notes: Aromas of dark cherry ,spicy ,floral notes in a toffee mixture. In the mouth a ripe tannin and elegant long persistence finish.
