The bottled wine was first marketed in the eighteenth century. Initially, the storage and transportation of wine occurred by hand in clay amphorae or animal skins and later in wooden barrels. The introduction of the glass bottle has become a major breakthrough, since it managed to conserve the hermetically sealed liquid, allowing not only enhance their duration but also preventing it from becoming so early in vinegar.
Nowadays, there are various shapes and sizes of bottles in which the wine is marketed.
